No Physical Returns

As we provide digital and service-based solutions, there are no physical products to return. Once a project or service has started, it is considered non-returnable.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

• If the project has not yet been started after payment confirmation.
• If First Idea Web Development Pvt Ltd is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal limitations.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

• Completed or partially completed projects
• SEO services once implementation has started
• Digital marketing campaigns already launched
• Custom design or development work

Revisions & Support

We offer revisions according to the package or agreement selected. Our goal is to ensure client satisfaction through reasonable modifications rather than refunds.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation before work begins. Once the project has started, cancellation does not guarantee a refund.
